Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world by seeing and taking in as much as possible; experience varying and colourful cultures, meet new people and learn a thing or two about the world around me.
ABOUT ME
Laid back and smiley, arty farty, more of a listener than a talker, love a good documentary, finding myself in new experiences, explorer and bit of a culture vulture.
PHILOSOPHY
I'll take my time figuring this one out.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm just beginning my CS experience here in Eastern Europe. It has definitely opened me up to a whole new world and way of travel...I use the site to surf at the moment (and for the foreseeable future) - but I'm excited repay the generosity and open up my home to some stragglers when I settle somewhere, and the time is right.
Interests

Music, Movies, and Books
Samsara, Grey Gardens, Waste land, HBO gets it right pretty consistently - Girls (love Lena Dunham), Six feet Under, Love my way, the Sopranos, the Shield.
Love the art of Egon Schiele, Ai Wei Wei, Kiki Smith, William Kentridge, Leigh Bowery, Sebastian Bieniek...so much talent out there.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Paragliding in Nepal; seeing the Golden Temple in Amritsar;
Spending a week in Tibet - an overwhelmingly amazing place (and being introduced to Thangka Art); chasing Communist architecture in the Balkans (Buzludzha, wow!), driving through the Icelandic landscape.
Too hard to narrow it down!
