I'm outgoing and spontaneous. I've been told that I smile a lot.....which is probably true :)

Everything interests me. Sometimes it makes for hard decisions--but always for a more exciting life.

I love going to new places and meeting new people.

Before life picks up, I would like to travel as much possible then one day settle down somewhere cozy :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Combination of surfing, hosting, and attending meet-ups.

The first meet-up I attended was in Madrid because I met someone on the street who was headed to one.
The second meet-up I went to was in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Some of the coolest people I've ever met live in Kaohsiung. Well-worth going to the Wednesday meet-up if you are ever there

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Love hosting.
Also love being hosted--especially when I need a place to sleep (which is the case more often than not)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Slept on a roof under the stars in a small rural village in northern Ghana. It poured rain, and I probably got 50 mosquito bites, but it was completely worth it!

Now that I think about it....every time that I have slept outside it has rained midway into the night.

Teach, Learn, Share

If there is one thing I have learned throughout the years, it is that some of the best memories to be had are from being places that you weren't supposed to be.

Also, wake up to see the sunrise at least once a year. It's always worth whatever sleep you lose.
