ABOUT ME

I am an independent, focused, action oriented type A person, that loves to meet new people with varied interest. I can get on well with senior citizens and kids as I am very easy to talk to and adapt to any situation. I like trying things that are new and will do an activity atleast once. Music, dance, food and travel are my passion. I try to travel on vacation atleast once a year and can be happy both camping/ backpacking to living it up in a 5star luxury. You can say that I am adaptable and will pitch in and do my part in any group activity

Music makes me happy and I listen to music from 70's to current rock and pop. I do enjoy a lot of Christian music. I love God as he gives me Joy and is a big part of my life, I do enjoy studying the Word of God.

PHILOSOPHY

We can change the world one person at a time. God has an amazing plan and I have a part in it. I can do something to make the world a better place for me and the generations after it. Always be positive and be around positive people and the world will seem so much brighter.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although relatively new to CS, I have organized/hosted a number of events during my stay in Mumbai. I also meetup with Couchsurfers visiting the city and take them sightseeing and shopping. I have organized dinners meetups for coffee, dinner, plays and going dancing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have enjoyed being a part of couchsurfing. I especially like learning about other's experience and sharing mine. CS is like a family... people are extremely helpful. Yes there are some rotten eggs amongst the batch, however all in all my experience has been really positive

I love all kind of music from rock and roll to blues and jazz. Music really makes me happy and I love anything that has a beat and I can dance to it. I am partial to music of the 70's and 80's however I do enjoy some of the contemprary artist like Adele, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Beyonce and John Mayer.

One of the amazing things that I have done was leave my home country of India and move to the US. I love traveling and have visited a number of different continents and travelled to quite a few places on my own. I enjoyed ziplining in Costa Rica, whitewater rafting in the US, the beauty of the mediterranian, seeing the Himalayas in India and visiting the Nathula Pass... (Indo China border post)

I love to learn about difference cultures especially traditions that are handed down from generation to generation.. I also love to learn about different cusines. I love to share with others about India and especially growing up there and the changes especially over the last decade to life of a woman in India
