ABOUT ME

I just left my job of 6 years to go back to school. My major for undergrad is philosophy, and then it will be off to medical school. I currently attend a local community college, and am applying to transfer for the fall of 2011. Aside from school, I am a mentor through an awesome program for foster youth. I have never participated in a volunteer program as challenging and rewarding.

This year has been all about change for me. I have always wanted to travel, but life kept getting in the way. I've made some hard decisions that have turned out for the best, and am slowly but surely reaching my goals. I will be checking out the schools I am applying to this spring (Spring 2011) and over the summer I plan to do some travel outside of the US.
