Not sure I can offer anything, when we help n spread peace and love for certain people, I don't expect anything back from them more than their smile upon regaining the faith in humanity.

If a host is expecting anything directly from me, better not host me.

But in general, I will try to be clean and quiet. I would hate to be a burden.
