I am a young working professional, open minded and compassionate. I thrive off of both meaningful employment and relationships. I just moved back to Victoria after spending 11 months in Ucluelet as a resource management tech.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I`ve been hosting couchsurfers informally for over 10 years. I`ve been a couchsurfer via mutual friends, in Australia, Cuba, the US and too many cities to name in Canada. When I travel, I like to stay in hostels because its affordable and a great avenue to connect with other travelers.

Be patient while I transition back to the city lifestyle. I'm on the job hunt and in training so not always available to host at this time.

Interests

I am interested in building community and diversifying my life experiences. I practise yoga, love to bike, cook, grow food, forage, dance.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Micheal Frant, Thievery Corporation, Pretty Lights, Grammatik, Sarah Harmer, Blind Melon, Myriam Parent....its variable!

Movies: don`t have a TV. Hardly entertain pop culture. If I watch a movie, it will be a documentary.

Books: Currently reading a book about ``Ground Truthing``. Read mostly to inform, not a fan of sci-fi or fiction.

First of all: Amazing is totally subjective. Amazing in what context? Don`t ever limit yourself to just one amazing identifier.

Its amazing to wake up each morning, to breathe, to love.

Oh wow, so much to learn! I`d like to learn to drive standard, culture mushrooms for bioremediation, be a master of plant medicine.
