I'm a med student living in New York City, but lucky to have spent young adulthood on some amazing travel adventures. I've lived, worked, or studied in Italy, Tanzania, South Africa, and Haiti, and miss so many people and places! I love swapping stories and sharing new experiences, and finding so many things exciting and interesting that I have a hard time committing to any one language, instrument, or place to live. I've lucked out with some incredibly generous Couchsurfing hosts, and hope to start paying some of that forward!

I've had too many wonderful experiences to count sleeping on the beds, sofas, and floors of host families and newly discovered friends while traveling and study abroad. I'm on couch surfing first because I hope to start providing that same generosity and openness back, but also to keep exploring and discovering the serendipitous friendships that are joys of traveling independently. Your life can get a little small in med school, and I hope that being part of Couchsurfing will help open it up a little more!
