Hey there!

I’m 31 year old woman from Galway, Ireland. I’m currently completing my PhD in human Geography at the National University of Ireland, Galway in the field of sustainable consumption. I'm just about to submit soon. I am also training part time to be a yoga teacher.
I'm terms of my personality and personal life, I'm socially orientated at heart and in action. I've been involved with community development focusing on social and environmental justice initiatives for the best part of a decade now. Socially, I’m a very outgoing and caring person. I love chatting, hanging out, sharing stories, and providing emotional support to others. I'm very open and. I also love a hiking, travelling. I'm always up for a bit of fun and I'm always up for an aul adventure!

Outside of my work and activism, I have a wide range of interests. I'm very into personal development and I'm constantly working to improve myself in a holistic sense, psychologically, physically, socially and spiritually. I practice meditation, try to live by Buddhist philosophy and practice yoga, alternating between Vinyasa, Asthanga and Yin. I think it’s really important to practice daily gratitude and I take time out everyday to smile and be grateful for at all the wonders I have been blessed with in life.
