Hi everyone,
We are a married couple from Belarus, Maryia and Dennis. We are currently travelling Europe during our honeymoon. We love travelling and meeting new people from different cultures. Nowadays it's so easy and that's amazing. We like to think we're open-minded, spontaneous and curious about other cultures and habits, love to discover new places and learn languages. We are improving our English skills during the trips and want to learn as many local regional languages as possible.
Maryia is a graphic designer and works as freelancer, and Dennis is occupied with programming, IT-technologies and journalism.
We both speak Belarusian and Russian as native speaker and are intermediate in English. Maryia is also fluent in German and intermediate in Lithuanian. We want to learn the main West-European languages: French, Dutch, Italian, and also the languages of the neighboring to our homeland (Belarus) countries (Poland, Ukraine).
We both are from Belarus and we can familiarize you we East-European modern and past culture. I (Maryia) have been also living 4 years in Lithuania, so I am ready to answer your questions about Baltic traditions and culture too.
So at the moment we can't host anyone as we are travelling on the road. But as soon as we are back (in October 2017) you are welcome to stay at our place for a few days. We can show you interesting places in our town if you would like to.
