About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see the world, live every minute I can

ABOUT ME

Please ignore the "last login" info that says I am in Luxembourg- I am in Ireland- its only my computer that thinks its in Luxembourg (I have tried fixing this!!).

I am easy going; like to stress about as little as possible, and just enjoy my days. I love travelling- I want to do more, so when money allows it- I will be gone again. I don't smoke (yuck) but I like to have a few drinks and have a laugh.

Random unplanned nights tend to be the best and most memorable. Simple fun is the best type of fun.

I like music, comedy, hiking, exploring, random stuff, spanish and cooking.. In no particular order..

PHILOSOPHY

I am trying to live by the " do something each day that scares you" philosophy. It's working out okay so far!
El Alto by La Paz, Venezualan bus drivers and Venezulan bus terminals are so far the scariest things in South America..

If its bad ´suck it up and get on with it`

Smile!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read and buy most of my books in Charity shops. Will read almost anything, bar chick-lit, extreme sci-fi and modern history.. Been reading lots of pocket classics in Spanish lately, the whole "Count of montecristo" in 100 small pages...
I guess I'm a soft rock person at heart but again very open. Love MeatLoaf though thats probably embarrassing to admit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

getting up close to caimans and monkeys and giant rodents, after hitch hiking 120 miles on a dirt track to Carlos Pelligrini..

Snorkelling of a deserted beach in the caribbean
Lived for two months in the Colombian Rain forest
Trekked Roraima
Sunrise on the Bolivian Salt Flats

2010 gave me an incredible list of amazing things..
Come on 2011!

Living On St. Kilda- what an astoundingly amazing place..
