ABOUT ME

I grew up in Somerset West, studied in Stellenbosch and in 2012 I was fortunate enough to be an exchange student in Amsterdam. I'm keen to meet new people and share our opinions and experiences. I guess I live for those golden moments in which you truly connect with someone, a spoken or sometimes unspoken mutual understanding is the best find in the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Generosity is key. If you find/have/experience something amazing, sharing it almost always enhances your memory/experience of it.

I've surfed and will do over and over again, but I haven't yet hosted, so hopefully I'll get some surfers soon :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My brother and I surfed in Europe in 2012 and had the strangest and best experiences which have become hilarous memories that I'll treasure forever.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Oh my, so many. Mozambique, the Karoo new years holiday experience...my experience of Europe has been mind blowing. But I've learnt that it makes such a difference to a trip when you are able to travel with- and meet like-minded people. I guess that is why I am so positive about CouchSurfing, because meeting a local in a forgein city who is eager to show you around, just makes the experience that much more memorable

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Knowledge of South Africa, the Western Cape and taking them around Stellenbosch, Cape Town and the surrounding areas. I can also make a very good Bulgarian soup called "Tarator".
