Overview
About Me
I am a Civil Engineering student at UCL, London and is fascinated by the beauty of Nordic nature
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I wanted to experience hosting people, as for my ancestors in Kazakhstan, who had a nomadic lifestyle, it was a sanctuary law to host a stranger. Couchsurfing allows me to try it in a safer and more transparent manner.
As for travelling to other hosts of Couchsurfing community, I believe it would offer me more authentic, "insider" diving into culture of foreign country. Living with residents of specific countries I hope to get information from first hands, experience those tiny little moments like living habits, cooking tricks, interior design, and attitude to different situations. I expect that most precious thing would be to meet someone willing to make friends and introduce you his or her way of living.

Teach, Learn, Share
I used to teach English language and Maths to primary school students (7-10 years). The most interesting part was to engage kids with funny stories, games, music, movies and role playing. It was also important to understand the personality of each child and try to find a particular approach to each one. Taking care of the emotional and physical condition of kids was also of importance, such as to avoid students being bored or overwhelmed with study levels and to feel that "Breaking point"
Generally, it was a very fun and authentic journey to psychology and communication!
What I Can Share with Hosts
