Hello, my name is Masafumi Nishina, living in Fushimi area in Kyoto city. I studied inorganic chemistry, finished my PhD in 2012 and now work in the field of polymer.

I like looking around super markets abroad to know the difference of custom and culture.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host one or two surfers if they can share the same bed. It's a Japanese style bed 'futon'.If you have your sleeping bag, the maximum would be 4.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I became a host several times and every surfers I met were perfect.
