Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can give you your own classroom with mattresses in the school where i live. We have a property guardianship arrangement and i think this will be our last summer in the school. We live in total with 4 housemates and a cat (whom i almost never see). The building is big with many empty rooms, surrounded by a wild garden. I share a kitchen with 2 of my friendly housemates. It's a 30 minute walk from the city centre or 10min by bus. I think we have a magical place.
