Traveling since July 4th 2005, the countries of Latin America & Asia have been great to volunteer in & explore. I'm a vegetarian who enjoys being outside in any capacity, running, exploring, traveling, getting lost... & doesn't party or snore ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I started travelling, I was simply amazed to see all the new sights and discover everything by myself. Finally trying CS and after connecting with some great people, new sights are no longer the reason for visiting a place. It's local perspective which helps to see things that I would otherwise brush over & the new friends which give me reasons to come back.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Starting with some fun meetups in Hong Kong, seeing new parts of the city that i never would have otherwise. Then continuing to meet up with CSers in Beijing, South Korea, and being hosted for the first time in the Philippines. Amazing the difference of how much fuller & enjoyable the cities are.
