Hello! My name is Masha and I'm an undergraduate student in Berea College in Kentucky. It's okay if you have no idea where it is, I had no idea that this place exist before I came there. I study communication and German and I am in the third year of my undergraduate degree. Right now I'm spending a semester in Germany and improving my German, at least that's what my professors think)
I'm an open-minded and friendly person in general. I'm a bit shy and it takes me some time to warm up and truly open up to people, nevertheless, I love meeting new people and learning their stories!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm spending only six month in Europe and I want to make the most of it. I'm attempting to see the world on the college student budget and trust me, it's not easy:) Moreover, couchserfing gives me a unique opportunity to see each place from the inside, be not just a guest in an unfamiliar town but to get a real feeling for a place and get to meet cool local people that I would not meet otherwise.

I love Harry Potter, movies and books. I was one of those people who read the 8th book right on the day of its publishing:-)
I watch lots of TV series. I love Scandal and How to get away with murder. A bit obsessed with Greys Anatomy. Yes, I did binge watched all the seasons in two weeks but I'm never admitting it.
I'm in the middle of watching Lost and I know that I'm a decade too late with it but don't you dare to give me any spoilers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved halfway across the world when I was 15 and it change my entire life.
P.S. it wasn't just a random move, I got an exchange scholarship
