About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To do as much Learning, River Hopping, Meeting of New Friends, Exploring, and Laughing as Possible

ABOUT ME

I am a laid back kind of person, who is also passionate about the things that matter to me (friends, family, snacks, jokes, etc..) I love good music, but not concerts. I love going to the beach but not getting sun-burnt, and love going dancing until my feet hurt. I have a couple of degrees which means I know everything :) and also that I know nothing. I love meeting new people, learning about new cultures, and a good debate.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't Panic (and always have a towel) or
If you learn by your mistakes, I'm going to go out and make as many mistakes as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Get in there and do it! Whatever IT is! We do ask for a small fee in exchange for your stay here per night. Please make sure that you read the Couch Information section.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had the chance to couchsurf yet (through this website at least cuz I've been couchsurfing for years on my own), but I have been hosting for quite a while now, and absolutely love everyone who has come to me through CS. It's an amazing way to connect people together, and as a person who is passionate about sustainable forms of development, you can't beat a service which allows people to actually be in contact with the locals. I heart Couchsurf!

Interests

Human rights, arts and crafts, beaded trinkets, poking things with sticks, academic nosiness, my dog's interests, being a good friend, traveling, good snacks, judging people on reality shows, watching other people do adventurous things, and sometimes joining in.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything as long as it's good

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Macchu Picchu.... Made me realize just how infinite and finite life, knowledge, and human possibility really is.

Teach, Learn, Share

People who know how to appreciate a good snack, people who don't like to rush, but don't keep you waiting, drinkers of good beer, wanderlusts,

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Ecuador, France, Gibraltar, Guatemala, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

Chile, Jamaica, United States
