About Me
Hello! I am Massimo. I come from Sicily, a wonderful and splendid island that I love a lot for its history and its own way of life.
I have lived in Milan where I have attended University and graduated in Art and Theatre studies. Actually I'm finishing my studies in Bologna. I am a very simple guy who enjoys making new friends and studying. Travelling is the best way to keep an open mind. Unfortunately the last year I had not enough time to travel a lot, but I strongly believe that the world is full of places that are waiting to be discovered by my eyes!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
First I desire to travel around Europe and to meet our community. I am inquiring to understand the differences and the features of our countries. I believe Europe is the present and the future of my generation.
Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to discover a place by the people who live this place, their culture and their lifestyle.
To share the joy of hospitality.
Interests
I love theatre and art, so I like performances and exhibitions. As a real Italian I love good food (it means Mc Donald's burgers are not real burgers xD) and I can delight my friends with Italian (especially sicilian) dishes. I love eggplants. :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Queen, Beatles, Italian pop singers, Sigùr Ros, Asaf Avidan, and I like Cello players (Maya Beiser)
My favorite cinema directors are the Italians Federico Fellini (8e 1/2), Paolo Sorrentino (The Great Beauty, Youth) but I like also J.L. Godard ( A bout de souffle) Truffaut (les 400 coups, la nuit americaine) A. Hitchcock (Rebecca, The Lodger) and the incredible story of Forrest Gump :')
My favorite playwrights are Bertolt Brecht, William Shakespeare, Calderon De la Barca, Carlo Goldoni and generally I love all theatre writers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

But I am sure that the best one is yet to come. ;)
