CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME
Hi!
My name is Matan, I'm 32 years old, born and raised in Jerusalem and long ago moved to TLV. I study for a Bachelor of CS degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During my second year I started working as a Software Engineer at Intel where I worked for 3 years. in 2015 I decided to leave my position at Intel in order to explore other opportunities and I'm currently trying to develop my own business as a private chef for special events.
My apartment is located in the TLV city center where most of the night life goes on. It is also very close to all the main touristic attractions and to all available public transportation
It has been in 2013 when I decided to switch to a Vegan diet, I feel like this choice made me a healthier and a happier person, I always had a strong connections to animals and this change had only came natural to me.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like to listen to music and most of the time it is playing around me!
I like most kinds of music but hip-hop and and rock are my favorite genres. I enjoy watching films, my favorite is Forrest Gump.
TV series I like: House of Cards, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Took part in a team that blew up an entire minefield in order to remove the old, horrible, dangerous explosives away and clear the ground for agriculture.
During the process we exposed the mines from the dirt using our bear hands and a magnetometer then connected the whole field to a network of detonators and blew it all at once!
Well, that's a very very big BOOM :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I am always willing to Teach, Learn & Share:
Teach: Some cooking, Some Guitar, about Israel and the different attractions, hebrew and what ever you see me do and want to know how.
Learn: Every thing you want to teach me, well almost...
