ABOUT ME
Multifunctional catalyst :) In less cryptic words, I really enjoy building links between different people, ideas, beliefs. I have a strong alternative background, but also many other interests. For me nothing is more valuable than gathering very different people upon a project, party or just talk.
PHILOSOPHY
This is way too personal and difficult to have it exposed here, and even if I'd try, this would probably be a lot of misunderstanding about it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surfed a few places and had a few people surfed mine. Although I really like CS I can't say I have a big experience in it, but I definitely wanna improve that point. Anyway when I travel somewhere, I always give a shot to CS, so I can meet some nice and totally unknown people, it's more for the beauty of human discovery than by necessity.
Please, if you wanna meet me, usually contact me quite in advance, as usually just a couple of days or only one week before, my schedule is full and I won't have time for the CS thing. I'm definitely not an emergency couchsurfer :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Very positive so far, met a couple of nice or very nice people when travelling with my girlfriend across Romania, Rep. Moldova and Ukraine.
Interests
Music is essential for me. Listening, dancing and playing music enlightens my life! I also love movies, I wish I could live another life as a film director :)
I'm also interested in (too) many other things, a lot are about having fun with my friends, discovering new people, organizing shows and parties, playing music with my band, playing music as DJ, organizing a soccer tournament, late night board games sessions, etc.
Eventually, when it comes to more individual acivities, I like drawing, graphics and software/web design - which all the same is what I was doing for living.
Now photography has taken the biggest part of attention, it's a 180° turn in my life, I really wanna focus on that now, probably going back to school at the end of 2014 aiming to perform professionally.

Music (there comes even more)
"If you're not into Metal, you are not my friend!" wasn't totally wrong ;D. But I must admit I have many other interests in music and one would be surprised how much I enjoy really bad taste stuff :P
So if you *really* want to know more about the stuff that makes me move, here comes a less than comprehensive list:
Metal: Amon Amarth, Ancient, Arkona, At The Gates, Blind Guardian, Bolt Thrower, Brujeria, Deicide, Dissection, Einsiferum, Finntroll, Forefather, Gwar, Hammerfall, Helloween, Impaled Nazarene, Judas Priest, Manowar, Mononc'Serge, Motley Crue, Municipal Waste, Orphaned Land, Rammstein, Rhapsody, Ruoska, Running Wild, Samael, Satyricon, Sepultura, Six Feet Under, SOD, Storm, Tankard, Terrorizer, Twisted Sisters, etc.
Ambient: Apocalyptica, Chaostar, Mortiis, Pazuzu, Wongraven
Folk / Traditional crossover: Garmarna, Malicorne, Tri-Yann, Xenos, Zdob si Zdub
Dark / Rock: 69 Eyes, Lacrimas Profundere, Noir Désir, Sisters Of Mercy
Electro / Goth / Wave: BAK XIII, Combichrist, Diary of Dreams, Front 242, Icon of Coil, KMFDM, VNV Nation
French songwriters: Bobby Lapointe, Negresses Vertes, Ogres de Barbak, Renaud, Les VRP
And also many many punk, crust and grindcore bands along with tons of exotic and party music, like Günther, Shakira, t.A.T.u, Vive la fête, 80s Greatest (s)Hits, Bollywood music, Eurodance, French popular music Golden Age (from Dalida to Mylène Farmer not forgetting La Compagnie Créole), Reggaeton and Turbofolk (!)
Books / Authors
Douglas Adams (The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy), C.J. Cherryh, Frank Herbert (Dune), Jack Vance, Mathieu Gaborit...
Obviously mostly sci-fi (which is usually very underestimated). but now I'm not into big books anymore (excepting these IT related monsters, some kind of necessary evil) and focus on french comic strips (nothing to do with childish superheroes bullshit).
