I can teach you to play guitar, recorder or flute.
Or, if you're good at that, i'll be happy to learn more from you.
I can teach you computer stuff: programming, using the Linux command line, building websites. I can also explain how things in computers work, e.g., why it's easy to steal pictures from Snapchat but hard to cheat at bitcoin mining; what does "https" mean and why you should care; why you can sometimes recover deleted files; etc.
I'm pretty good at explaining things, actually.
