I'm a biologist curently working at USFQ, a university here in Ecuador, I love teaching and doing biologist field work since this allows me to travel a lot.

I love traveling and meeting people wherever I go, and avoid having the average tourist experience, I prefer more authentic experiences from wherever I go. Also I grew up in a hostal, this was my family´s business, so I love meeting people from all over the world.

I love rock music, anything from the classics like Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd, to the newer stuff, from heavy metal like Iron Maiden to the more mellow stuff like Radiohead.

I love movies in general, specially classics and cult movies, I particularly love Tarantino, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc.

I love reading and always have a book on me, I love short stories like Ray Bradbury, Julio Cortazar, etc. and love fantastic novels such as The Hobbit or Don Xijote

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I lived in the Galapagos Islands for a semester as an undergrad, did a lot of research on sea turtles, and lava lizards, I have also traveled all around Ecuador doing research, mostly on snakes and amphibians.

Not sure what I am supposed to write on this section, but I love teaching, as a scientist learning is like food for me, I need it, and I think sharing is a great way to show love, and that is precisely what the world needs.
