About Me
Hi! My name is Mateo, I'm a Physics student from Argentina and at this moment I'm doing an exchange on Munich for one semester. I enjoy a lot studying physics and I would like to be a scientist. For some times I can spend hours concetrated on a problem and trying to figure out how to solve it. I'm also a big fan of maths, or whatever makes my brain work a little bit harder.
Since I was a kid, I've learnt music and how to play different styles and instruments, most of all guitar. I love playing, listening, sharing and getting to know new music and styles. Also when I travel I love going to antique cities, discovering quiet places, or being in the Nature admiring wide-open landscapes. Even though I'm not a good player, I'm a great fan of football and a fan of C.A. Independiente.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
During this exchange I want to sieze this opportunity to know different people with different cultures all around Europe. That's why that at the same time I'm studying, I'm looking forward to make and get to know new friends from different places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most adventurous hike I've ever done was in Nono, Córdoba, Argentina with my girlfriend. We were completely alone. The way was so nice, that we decided to go on and on, until reaching a road uphill where we could ask for a driver to kindly take us back home. But the way wasn't clear at all, and for some moments we got lost. We were too far away to get back to where we came from before the dark, we got sunburnt and we ran out of food. Finally we made it up to the road, but it was very montanious and the road wasn't wide enough for a car to stop and pick us up. We had to walk around 3-5 miles in order to find a place where we could be picked up. Finally an old couple picked us up. After 10 long hours of adventure, we could get back home by the daylight.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love talking with people about mine and their culture, society, custom, manners, politics and so. I like getting to know different ways and understanding how people live and other parts of the world. I also love knowing different foods, and different music, as well as showing the ones which are typical in Argentina
What I Can Share with Hosts
Whoever wants to come to Buenos Aires, I would love to show them around not only typical touristic places, but showing various different neighbourhoods around, going to the river for a quiet afternoon, showing typical foods like Choripan, Alafajor, and of course making a sacred Asado! (Why not with some Chimichurri and Criolla sauce as well). I'd also like to tell about the everyday life in the city, how people live and how they grow up
