Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel is one of the most enriching experiences I can think of, and you can travel in a couple of different ways some involve moving, others don't. So sometimes a conversation is just as good a journey as any trip. I'm new at this Couch Surfing business but I'm told here I can find things I didn't even know I was looking for.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This one is kind of tough, lets see: I bribed a corrupt policeman in Colombia with a hamburger, jumped off a bridge into the rio Guatapurí, got married in an island (and then divorced), dived into a lagoon that glowed in the dark. Walked though a mountain with my eyes closed, and made a book. I also met a blue-skinned girl in the Amazon.

I went to Mexico because I got bored, there I fell in love with a girl who took me to Russia, and we danced salsa in in the banks of the Neva river in Saint Petersburg. We rescued four tiny cats.

Also I think I've tried almost every type of strange food Ive been offered.
I make drawings, and have fallen deeply in love.

Finally I had this encounter with a hawk, but its better if I tell that one in person.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to dance salsa or merengue, I can teach you to cook, also I could teach you to draw or to take a photo. I can teach you how to make a proper duck-face and to open a beer bottle as if it where champagne. And I'm open to learn pretty much whatever you might have to offer.
