Resumen
Sobre mí
ABOUT ME
I'm an older brother, budget traveler, competitive soccer player, inspired singer-songwriter, samba dancer, Mexican-American quadrilingual Harvard grad eager to make meaningful connections as I explore this beautiful world.
PHILOSOPHY
A ship in harbor is safe, but that's not why ships are built.
I'm all about living the life YOU want, not the one you think you "should" be living based on outsider expectations. I'm about seizing the day and not putting off your dreams for the distant future. I'm about compassion and encouragement and meaningful connections, finding the silver lining, and waking up daily with the world at your fingertips.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm currently homeless, so I can't offer a couch at the moment, but I'm excited to meet others in the network over the next three months as I adventure through Brazil, Europe and the Caribbean.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've slept on lots of couches/floors/futons over the course of my travels, but never officially through Couchsurfing. Looking forward to joining this amazing worldwide community!

Algo increíble que he hecho
While on the island of Vieques, a municipality of Puerto Rico in the northeastern Caribbean, I had the opportunity to swim at night in the bioluminescent bay of Puerto Mosquito. There are only a handful of these bays in the entire world, and- theoretically- swimming in them is prohibited. Whenever the water is disturbed, dinoflagellate microorganisms leave a trail a sparkling trail of neon blue light. By everyone on the tour splashing their arms and legs, we generated enough light in the pitch darkness to clearly see one another's faces. I've witnessed a lot of amazing things in my travels, but that bioluminescent bay visit was completely magical and certainly unforgettable.
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I can teach guitar, soccer juggling tricks, and budget traveling tips.
I would love to learn how to cook, play harmonica, and produce simple music videos.
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
I can share knowledge about the American university system and opportunities for internationals to study in the United States (at Ivy Leagues or elsewhere).
