Hey! I'm Jannik from Hamburg, Germany.

I'm sitting here with my Dr. Pepper in a hotel room at the Circus Circus in Las Vegas and trying to find the right words to describe myself. 10 years ago I went to New Zealand after I did my a-levels. It was also the time I became a member and a surfer of this sweet community. I met some very interesting and cool people on CS. We went out, ate together and did activities together. I love to get to know people, their points of view on general and specific stuff happening in and around the world. But as a German from the northern part I am very fine with some silence and me time as well, haha.

Right now I'm traveling the US and it is my first time here. It all started with a wedding in Las Vegas, which I filmed for a friend. If it goes as planned I will stay here until the second of august. Fingers crossed!

My primal interest is to get to know Americans right now. As a German I'm just curious about other ways of living and finding the differences and similarities as a citizen of the world. Therefore I would love to have good conversations. If you are interested I could also teach you a bit of German, although I'm not sure how helpful it would be in your life, haha.

I'm also interested in some touristy stuff. So I might do the classics when I'm near to it. I might also join the pride parade or attend a country concert. Great food and drinks always get me as well as a dance floor at a club (on some weekends I'm a barkeeper on the Reeperbahn in Hamburg).
