Hi! My name is Mateusz and I am from Poland. I spent my young years mostly on playing football in Lech Poznań and I am still a huge fan of watching it and playing but now on a smaller pitch. Since High-School I moved in a different direction and got into medical university. Now I am a 4th year student at Silesian Medical University in Zabrze and enjoying pretty much my daily life. Currently most interested in internal medicine, embryology and proteomics. I have many hobbies: I lead an amateur football team, I collect and read books, I love to talk about life and currently trying to cook everyday. I also started calisthenics to get some dose of those endorphins.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always considered myself as an introvert but still I love meeting people, getting to know them, understand their upbringing and culture they grew up around. This community is in my opinion the best way to open up yourself as it is created by experience of many travelers. I also understand the economical problems that many young have to start their journeys so I hope that one day I will become also a great host.
