Ciao a tutti! I'm Mateusz, currently working for international organization in humanitarian sector. My passion is learning languages, I like sports and outdoor activities, such as hiking in the mountains. I'm keen on reading books about Central-Eastern Europe especially, but not only. I love travelling and the feeling of being enroute - then I feel totally free.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a big fan of travelling, so CS is the most suitable option for me. I did a lot of hitchhiking in Europe and Panama. CS is the best way to understand foreign cultures and to make friends from all over the world.

Interests

I love travelling, both exploring the cities and following long trails in mountains. One of my best adventures was sailing a tall ship in the Atlantic Ocean, working with sails as a crew member is an amazing and unforgettable experience. I used to sing in an academic choir and miss it so much now. I love reading and listening to audiobooks.
