ABOUT ME

I'm french and live in a tiny little village in Drôme, France. PLEASE READ : I don't live in BORDEAUX, but near BOURDEAUX, witch is a very little village. SO IF YOU WANT TO GO SURFING THIS IS NOT THE PLACE !! One is in the west, the other in the east (near the Alps), that's me !

I appreciate good beer, wine and diner shared with friends and new people. I like climbing and any kind of outdoors sports and singing loud and off key in my car is one of my little dayly pleasure.
I love blues and New Orleans groove, board games and maps.
I'm a cartographer, I like to saw, work wood and design board games while listening to music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's a nice way to travel : I often travel on my own but with CS I can meet very interseting people and visit the real city/area/country they live in.

I'd also like to host more, I would be glad to show people around

Interests

As I said, I like any kind of outdoor sports.
Basically I like nature in general. I like music, even thought I can't play any (trying to learn the trumpett though).

I'm particularly found of blues music among my favorites : JB Lenoir, Jimmy Rushing, Sonny Terry, T-Bone Walker, Nina Simone, Rebirth Brass Band, Marcus Miller, Louis Prima etc. It could be a very long list.

I recently descoverd the comics universe (bandes dessinées), and curently working on my general knowledge

I would love to know how to work the wood, I'm planning to build a rocking chair for my back yard, but any time I drill a hole it's never how it should be !
