ABOUT ME

My name is Mathieu, 27 years old from France.
I live in Annecy, a city at the feet of the Alps, 1h30 drive from Lyon and 20 min from Geneva.
In 2007/2008 I traveled around the world. It was absolutly fabulous and I discovered couchsurfing by meeting a person that was already member. I really like that concept. Either by travelling or not you can meet people from different countries and exchange experiences.
About me, I am really crazy about travels, and I also really like sports specialy football, basket ball, rock climbing, hiking, skiing, ...

PHILOSOPHY

It is never to late to learn and discover new things
The best tresor in our world is our planet and the people, not the money you can make every months

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

You are very welcomed to the French Alps for skiing in winter and hikking, swimming (in the biggest french natural lakes) and rock climbing in summer;
If you like cycling there is each summer the "tour de france" coming through the Alps in July.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I discovered coucherfing while I was in China during my around the world trip in 2007-2008.

Interessen

I really like to meet people, visit countries and see all the cultures from those countries.
I enjoy mountain sports as I come from the French alps (rock climbing, skiing, hikking, ...) and X-trem sports
I like rock&roll music, going to concerts and spend time with my friends just hanging out in pubs or going to the restaurant and sometimes clubbing
