I'm an Engineer living in Germany for the past six years. I would like to visit as many countries as possible, meet as many people as possible and learn as many languages as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, meet new people, hear to their life experiences and learn new languages. I can't find a better place where I can do all this.

Interests

I think there are very few things in this world that don't interest me. I have been following Indian politics for some time now. As I'm now in Europe, I'm trying to learn more about European politics, especially German and French (oops! did I just end up saying I'm boring ;) ). I also love to learn new sports. I used to play football and cricket in India. In Germany, I started to play more Badminton and pool (or biliards or.. I don't know. I have no idea what's the difference between these but I love playing it). Traveling has been one of my favourite things to do for some time now. Besides all these, I always love to have a talk on anything and everything. In short, I'm open to any new experience. Hence my field of interest is ever growing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music, I won't say I hear only to any specific genre. But you could find lot of soft melodies and peppy dance numbers in my playlist. Movies, I just love them. Crime thrillers are my favourites. I also love to watch drama, comedy and travel movies. Books, Even though I love reading books, I rarely complete them. Like a lot of youngsters, Paulo Coelho's 'The Alchemist' is my favourite book and one of the rare books that I've completed. Currently I'm reading Lisa Jackson's "Deserves to die' which I find quite good. 'The Inferno' was a nice travel through the cities of Florence, Venice as well as Istanbul.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to pick one. But if you ask me to choose, I will go with sleeping at Amsterdam railway station on Christmas night.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know what exactly the question. Let me try to answer. I like to learn from other's life, their experiences etc. I feel curiosity is the best teacher. Hence I'm curious to learn anything and everything. What can I teach ??
Hmm.. let me think. I can't pick anything specific. But I'm sure you will end up learning something after you meet me ;) My idea of sharing would be having a nice cup of coffee or a chilled beer and talking about anyything in this universe.
