ABOUT ME

I'm 30 and a Kiwi (New Zealander). I studied engineering and the past 6 years have been a mix of work and travelling. My next adventure is to tour around NZ in a van. I'm hoping to meet some friendly couchsurfers along the way!

PHILOSOPHY

Sheesh, this seems to change with every new book I read... I guess I just try and be open minded and kind and have fun. Every day above ground is a good day.

I have both surfed and hosted, and have had great experiences with everyone so far.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My top experience has been staying in a beautiful and traditional Japanese house in Hakuba, Japan with my great friend Lars.

兴趣

So many interests, so little time... I seem to pick up a new hobby just about every year! The latest for me has been juggling and environmental activism, but I also like most things outdoors, I'm a keen snowboarder and a terrible surfer, avid reader, love movies, anything circus, music (I play guitar and piano), I do a bit of writing (so far just as a hobby), but most of all, I love just hanging out with the people I care about!
