Hey there!

Currently in San Francisco and looking for people to hang out/travel around in California. I have 2 weeks until I have to be in LA, so I'm also up for round trip stuff :D

I'm Mathias, coming from Austria and doing my masters in marketing in Germany. Next step is that I'm moving to LA for a semester abroad. I love to do music (producing and djiing) and filming and try to spend a good amount of my free time in creating stuff. When I'm traveling around, I always try to find locals that know something special about the place I'm visiting. It just gives a great new perspective and it's so nice to share my own experiences with these people.
Leaving the comfort zone is really necessary to grow and to gain confidence. You need to take risks and changes in behaviour from time to time and couchsurfing will help on this journey for sure. Thats why I'm doing this :)

Thought it would be a nice way to meet new people in cities where I don't know anybody. Also up to meet people at my hometown, love showing my favorite spots in town.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking through Georgia with tents. There are mountains over 5000 meters, it was just stunning. Also the people are really friendly and welcoming and its freakin cheap for western standards.
