Enjoying a new life in our hometown after a very long trip

ABOUT ME

Hi!

We got into the couchsurfing community, since we've walked 7000 km on foot across 12 European countries in 2013. Since then we're enthusiastic about this community.

Now we're back to "real life". I'm working as independant consultant for public policies and EU funds. Julia is a lawyer and currently looking for a new job.

We're not real "party people" but we like having friends or travellers at home, sharing good times and experiences... and it's even better with some good food and a glace of wine!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As guest, a lot of incredible Cs experiences across Europe: from nice villas to caravans, from big cities to hidden place in the middle of the forest... and all the great people from this community...

As host, some before this trip, and we hope a lot more now....

Interests

Mathieu likes cooking, hiking, travelling, meeting friends, playing guitar (though I haven't showed any talent so far...)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music. Among others, folk music (cat stevens, nick drake, kings of convenience, bon iver, piers faccini..) but also rock (modest mouse, libertines), swing, classical music and french singers (barbara, ferré, brassens....)
litterature (Tesson) but also more "classic" french litterature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking 7000 km (on foot, only...) across 12 european countries, during one year from Tallinn to Lisbon.
