I am a 24 year old Belgian. And, as far as stereotypes about my country go, I am the embodiment of all of them. I recognise myself in this quote: "In the mind of foreigners, the typical Belgian is as follows: they often say “une fois”, have a strong and heavy accent (whether speaking French or Flemish), are stupid and passionately in love with fries."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently unable to host couchsurfers. Anyone who wants to hang out is welcome to contact me, whether they are locals or internationals.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last summer (2014), I stayed in Leiden with a cool Dutch guy. I was on a bike trip with my girlfriend, and he accepted to host us even though we looked like hobos with our pastic bags and camping gear.
