About Me
CURRENT MISSION
***IMPORTANT***
I now live in a very small flat in Paris and cannot host people unfortunately. But I can still help and meet up with CSers.
ABOUT ME
It would be sad if I could tell ALL about me in such a small square box.
PHILOSOPHY
"Life is like a chocolate box, you never know what you're going to get !"
"You can teach a student a lesson for a day; but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue the learning process as long as he lives."
"You learn something every day if you pay attention."
I like to remind myself that everyone carries a burden and that I have to be very careful with what I say and what I do to people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have been couchsurfing for many, many years.
It all started in 2008. I was 19 back then and had a strong hunger for adventure (actually, I still have this hunger). I traveled for 5 weeks using only couchsurfing to find hosts. Since then, I have surfed in many other countries and have hosted people from all genders and nations. Couchsurfing is definitely a thing that changed my life.
Now that I live in a small flat by myself in Paris, I have much more time to host people and I am thus waiting for your requests !
Interests
Sports is my drug, photography is my passion.
As far as sports are concerned, I like to run and workout and cannot see myself living without one of these two things. I am a long distance runner (ran my last official half marathon in 1h31 min). Actually, I know very good running itineraries around Montmartre and I believe it is a great and original way to discover that magnificent area. I also love fighting sports and bodyweight strength training such as handbalancing.
Regarding photography, I love street photography. Walking around the streets of a city and hunt for the right moment to take an epic photograph is very challenging. If you stay at my place, I'd be pleased to share some of my work with you.
I have many more interests that you'll find out if we meet each other.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
Akahige - Akira Kurosawa (1965)
L'homme qui aimait les femmes - François Truffaut (1977)
Ikiru - Akira Kurosawa (1952)
The thin red line - Terrence Malick (1998)
There are also two TV shows that I like very much: Breaking bad and The Wire. The first one is the most entertaining thing I have ever watched on TV and the latter is so realistic that anyone should watch it as a documentary.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- The last crazy thing I have done is hitchhiking 2500 km around Iran in about 3 weeks.
- Hitchhiking from Paris to Lisbon in a single shot with a friend in summer 2013. It took us 37 hours. I also hitchhiked from Krakow to Rennes in 2009. I did it alone and it took me more than 40 hours. I slept for two days after that !
