ABOUT ME

Je suis grand, beau, fort, blond... non, non, non, je recommence. J'ai au moins les yeux bleus. Je suis observateur, j'aime écouter les gens, me mêler aux autres ou au contraire me retirer des choses avec toute la sérénité d'un moine bouddhiste (bon, disons d'un adepte du bouddhisme à temps partiel... disons dans une banlieue de Laval, entre deux visites du Cosmodôme).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am open to every new idea, culture, way of life possible. I see myself not as a human sponge, but rather as an unfinished sculpture that could become a lot of things. So define my purpose, if you like, as you would define the purpose of a sculpture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Dès mes premières expériences, j'ai adoré! J'ai été hébergé par des gens super, aux Escoumins la journée de ma fête (avec party improvisé SVP!), à Matane avec 4 Allemands (??) et à Gaspé. J'adore Couch Surfing, ça m'a fait manger plein de poisson!

I started to do it here, until "here" became undefinable, as the planet grew bigger and more difficult to contain (ok, for the record, in Spain, France, Turkey, Israel, Jordan and Egypt and it made me do the wildest most unexpected things, such as deliver a xerox machine to the most remote village I had ever seen, in Kurdistan).

I'm very open, and that's a quality that makes my tastes appear to be sometimes a little unbearable for others, haha. I just like challenging art, or anything that shows vitality (as in the opposite of being dead. As long as it's a world in itself, I wait for it to invite me or I break in if not.

My bike tour across Quebec made me think for a second I was a born athlete with buttocks of steel! That and the incredible scenery we've seen all along the St. Lawrence river... One of the most beautiful places on Earth!

I have moderate skills in everything. I can teach you how to say "Apichatpong Weerasethakul" very fast while rubbing your belly and walking on your hands. I like to cook and I'm always interested in learning new things, as for something more serious. And I'm impressed by people who build stuff. Yeah.
