Let's see what to say about me...I'm a calm, smiling, easy-going and open-minded person who always looks on the bright side. I simply love life and enjoy every minute of it. But there is one thing you need to know about me is that I absolutely hate losing at games (even more if it's a game of chance because there is nothing I can do to influence the game!). However when I lose I admit my defeat. ;) I love listening to alternative, indie music and taking photos. I am curious about the history of monuments and cities, hence my love of travelling. Oh and I almost forget! I love chocolate and this is the reason why I keep doing sport.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am not going to be original by saying that I'm on Couchsurfing to meet new people from different cultures, backgrounds... and new places!

Interests

I love listening to music (alternative, indie, pop-folk, pop-rock), watching movies (biopics and historical movies are my favorite), reading historical novels. I am also keen on genealogy (I'm currently doing my family tree).

Languages of course and my work with all kinds of European projects, aiming at enhancing people's lives.

Sports. I sometimes play tennis but I love watching sport events such as Tour de France, the Grand Slam tournaments, rugby world cup, the Olympic Games...

I absolutely love visiting museums...I lived for 6 months in the Netherlands and I saw so many masterpieces and beautiful paintings from Van Gogh, Rembrandt, Vermeer...

I also like photography. Besides I can stare at a photo for hours to analyse and try to figure out its history! Yeah I know it sounds crazy...

Ouch, tough question! I don't have one particular song in mind but rather a music style, which is alternative and indie music. But do I really have to name all the artists I listen to?? It could take the whole day! (X Ambassadors, Fitz and the Tantrums, Sir Sly, Jon Bellion... and many more! And OneRepublic is a group that I am a huge fan of :) )

My favorite book is "Of mice and men" by Steinbeck... a pure masterpiece!

I don't have a favorite movie but I watch a lot of series too (The Walking Dead, Suits, Hell on Wheels, Outlander...)
