Happy French couple of 27 y.o. living in Edinburgh, Scotland.
We left our busy French city life in april 2017 to travel the world and do WWOOFing and HelpX for a year, and settled in Scotland at the end of it, in summer 2018.

We are looking forward to meeting new people from all around the world and share experiences ! :)

We spent 3 months in Northern Ireland and Scotland, 2 in Norway, 3 in New Zealand and 3 months in Japan to do volunteering in crofts, farms, gardens...! It has been an amazing experience we have been meeting people from all over the world and learnt so much thanks to them. We also try to share as much as possible from our own experience, hoping it will also make people happy. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people, learn from different cultures, share our own, and basically have fun with people we would not meet otherwise ! :)
We are also part of several community like WWOOFing, HelpX and Workaway, and we think it is a great chance to be able to connect with people from all over the world and be able to meet them!
We also like sharing our culture and travels with people we meet.

Interests

We both love sewing, crafting things, costume and props making, and are doing it as a hobby for 10 years.
Mathilde loves dancing (hip hop, dancehall) while Jo prefers martial arts (Ninjutsu and Judo).
We love to play video games, reading, board games, and also cooking (and eating of course, we are French!).
Mathilde also play the piano and is learning the Scottish bagpipes.
We love photography, and try to capture all the beautiful things, landscapes wee see, and and also the lovely people we meet.
We love gardening, working outside and work on hand-made projects.
We are also really concerned and interested by subjects like ecology, fair trade, sustainable agriculture, and all alternatives to build a better world.
