Hi everyone,

My name is Mathilde, I'm a french girl of 30 years old and I'll be traveling in Spain for approximately 10 days beginning of december :)

I finished my business studies 6 years ago and right after I decided to leave France and start a new life enriched with my different trips.

I'm used to travel and meet new people.
I spent a year living in Bergen in Norway during my first year of Master with an Erasmus program and I took advantage of the opportunity to travel in different places in Europe.
I also lived more than a year in New Zealand from 2016 to 2017 traveling with my van as well as in Australia from 2019 to 2020, working and volunteering in a lots of different sectors.

I don't want to stop traveling !!! I don't like the routine that I used to have in my daily life in my home town...
I need to challenge myself by visiting new places and meeting new people in order to experience something unfamiliar that will allows me to have new skills or knowledge (new culture, new language, cooking...).

All my trips helped me to be more open minded and also to adopt a new way of life in which I appreciate every moment. I love sharing wether it be talking or cooking or any other activity.
I'm really easy going and able to adapt myself quickly to any place.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a good opportunity to meet new people and especially locals. This is the best way to be involved in their daily life and to experience something different and exciting.
I don't mind staying alone and visiting by myself (I did it lots of times) but if I can choose I prefer to enjoy my journey with someone who will love to share his culture.

It's all about sharing and learning from both sides and experiencing a new culture from the inside :)

兴趣

I have a passion for boardsports and I enjoy everything around surf and skate culture. Why ? Because it gathers same values as the ones of travelling such as surpassing yourself, escape, freedom, adventure, authenticity...

However, I have been practicing different kind of activities since I was a child (art, music, sport).

And I loveee music, I can't live without it. I also practiced guitar for few years
