I'm a biology student from Toulouse (France) doing an exchange in Stockholm. I take every opportunity I can to travel and volunteer abroad. Very easy-going, try to make the best out of every situation and to accept the things as they are. I have found this to bring a lot of joy into my life!

I enjoy all the things that allow me to appreciate the present moment. Simple pleasures such as drinking tea and talking to a friend, or walking in the woods and watching birds hopping around. The world seems to be in a constant hurry and I try my best to contemplate the beauty in all things, taking my time and leaving a small footprint.

I love to talk about biology and especially about evolution which I find one of the most fascinating things in the world. I am also glad to share experience about meditation and mindfulness and it makes me happy to learn more about it! I build my life around simple things like good friends, good food and a good laugh :)
