My name is Mathilde, and I am from Belgium (French speaking part).

The two words that describe me the best are: ROOTS & WINGS.

Roots as I am very attached to my values, my family, my culture and all the things that makes who I am.
Wings as I am in love with discovering new places and new people. I can't resist to travel to new unknown places.

I have this need to connect with people. I love this grateful feeling when you had a great talk, some laughs and just spent a nice time with people you didn't know a few hours before.

Always strange to talk about myself but I think I am someone very respectful, open-minded and empathic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It will perhaps not be original to say that I love meeting people from all around the world, but this is so true. Conversations are always so interesting. I would love to be in contact with people living in the visited country to have a better experience and to be able to understand better the country.

Unfortunately I don't have my own place yet but once I will move out, I will be more than pleased to host people in return !
