Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling but you know how it is... you can’t always be on the road ! So hosting couch surfers is a great way to invite the world in your living-room and keep meeting people from all over the world.

Interests

I love traveling and meeting new people, and above all learning and speaking foreign languages. I have been learning Japanese for a few months. As we plan to go to Japan, I thought it was important to try and understand the language, even if I know I won’t be fluent by then. Even if it is just a little step towards this other culture, it is so interesting !

I love music, especially live music. I am a singer and my husband plays the guitar. We play in a gipsy jazz band and we are always ready to jam with other musicians or to play some tunes if we are asked to !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took one year off to travel with my husband. Just the three of us... Quentin, me...and his guitar ! We decided to take the time to travel, to go places and meet people. Thanks to music, we had the opportunity to meet locals quite easily. It was a great experience. The only problem is that ... the more you travel, the more you want to travel again !
