Overview
About Me
French student currently living in Dublin, Ireland! :) I'm a happy person, and always have a lot of energy. I spent a year and a half living in Brazil and traveling around South America, which allowed me to learn a great deal about the culture and traditions of each country. I lived in a house with about 30 other foreigners for about 7 months, and it's really made me want to experience that again, on a smaller scale :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling and meeting people from all around the world, so I thought I'd join the movement to get to know you all! :)
I was an exchange student in Michigan a couple of years ago, and there I lived with a wonderful host family. It showed me that you can learn so much more by staying with locals than you ever will in a hotel. Basically, don't travel as a tourist, be part of the place!
Interests
My interest... Well well well, obviously traveling and meeting people. I really love that feeling you get when you know you're a foreigner in a new place, and you don't know anything about the way people do things where you are. It fascinates me to see that we can be so different and yet so similar, that I always manage to relate to the people I'm talking to.
Other than that, I love art, good movies, good music (even if we all have different definitions of that hehe), sports, being outside... I tend to be a little (very) hyperactive.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love good old rock bands, my favorite movie is .. mhm.. Peter Pan, Fight Club, 500 days of summer... ? Who knows, it changes depending on my mood.
Favorite books include Stranger from a strange land and his dark material!
I also enjoy good plays and art.
And since I moved to Brazil, I fell in love with Brazilian funk hahaha! ;D
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I learned portuguese, which I guess is amazing....??
And I moved to the States alone when I was 16!
Rode a bike in the middle of the Atacama desert! (If you know me, this is by far the most impressive)
Teach, Learn, Share
Do you know how to say "my best friend is a pickle" in french? Well then I can help you hehe. I can also help you with your english or portuguese, and I'd love to improve my spanish!
If there's something you can do, ranging from belly dancing to knitting, please teach me! And if you want to bake with me, it would make me super happy, because since I left France, I haven't really had the opportunity to bake that much.
I also know how to make wicked caipirinhas ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm really good at sharing beer huhu, and I can also tell you all about crazy stuff I've done in my short life, talk about the ones you did, and then share another beer!
