Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Preparing for graduate studies in California :)
ABOUT ME
I am social and laid-back person. I enjoy getting together with friends and family, a good meal and wine, watching movies and music.
I am also a curious person, that defines me pretty well. I love to learn new stuff, how things work, I like to go behind the surface and understand.
I'm a Software Engineer, worked for eight years in a software company for the financial industry. Now I'm starting my MS in Software Engineering at University of California, Irvine.
Piano is the music instrument that I prefer. I play it and also a bit of guitar.
Regarding movies, I prefer european or oriental (like Kim Ki Duk or Miyazaki) films more than Hollywood.
I also love to cook! I can teach you some Argentinian food and would like to learn something from you, if you also like it.
PHILOSOPHY
I think that I found four fundamental pillars that I like to follow in my life: love, art, feeling and introspection.
Love like something that joins people, as a mean and as an end.
Art as a superior language to transmit the complex mass of ideas and feelings that comes from our minds.
Feeling as meeting. Take advantage of every moment. Be in movement and make full use of our senses.
Introspection, meet yourself. Know as much as you can about you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Promoting it, basically. When I meet a person that I think could be a good fit for CS, I let him/her know about it.
I hosted people a few times, hope to have a chance to do it again.
I haven't surfed yet but now that I'm moving to the US, I think I will.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I hosted people from the US and Brazil at home. Those were great experiencies. I also go out with the Buenos Aires CS community from time to time.

I play a couple of musical instruments including piano, guitar and some drums, I might be able to teach at least a bit about them. Spanish? Probably too. What do I think about life?
