Overview
About Me
My life is travel. My sole purpose to know places, people and cultures, and to share these experiences with others. "The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page". I became addicted to it at a young age, then made it my way of life, then my career.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet interesting people from around the world!
I had my first experience with CS in 2008, when I was sharing an apartment with some friends. One of them was a member and regularly accepted guests, so I got to meet really nice people from many different countries.
Interests
I'm very into sports. I bike and run regularly and also do calisthenics at home. I'm passionate about science and current events of the world (some would say a bit of a nerd). I'll always say yes to a beer or wine!

Music, Movies, and Books
Rock (above all else) blues, jazz, reggae, house, electronic. I'm down for any kind of good live music also.
I love reading. Vargas Llosa, García Márquez, Cortázar, Jorge Amado, Hemingway, Orwell, Tolkien, Galeano, Oscar Wilde, Homer, Asimov, etc. I'm open to all kinds of good literature.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I would say skydiving (thrilling!), snowboarding (mesmerizing!), and spending a night at the foothill of a volcano on the Uyuni Salt Flats (simply mind-blowing!). Still, I hope the most amazing things I'll do are yet to come!
2018 Update: Travelling Vietnam South to North by motorbike.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Spanish, English or Portuguese, and I'm sure there's always tons I can learn from anyone!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, smiles, a good wine, a cheap wine, a dinner, travel tips (I am a travel agent after all!).
