I’m a 4th year medical student studying in my home town Linköping. In addition to studying I work as an assisting nurse at the neonatal intensive care unit at the hospital. I really love working with children and helping parents to develop their own skills to take care of their child. This October I'm actually going to India to do some medical training at a surgical centre in Vellore.

In my spare time I love doing sports (Squash is currently my favorite), hanging out with friends and traveling. I also love singing, even if I'm out of tune. This year I started a "Swedish classic tournament" which consists of four different events of cycling, swimming, running and cross country skiing, I have completed the first two so far. When hanging out with my friends we do all sorts of activities, we like hiking, going to concerts, cooking, clubbing or pretty much anything (as long as the company is good).

I have heard of couch surfing for a while now but have not tried it out yet. But this summer I'm going to travel on my own for a few weeks and I'm really looking forward to meeting new people, learning about their culture and getting some new friends.

I really hope to find more than a couch to stay on, I hope to find some really good host that I actually can get to know and spend some time with. Looking forward to getting some new friends across Europe.

Musica, film e libri

I listen to pretty much everything but my favorites are Ed Sheeran, Arctic monkeys and the Swedish singer Håkan Hellström.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I did my bachelor thesis in Sydney, that was absolutely amazing. I loved traveling on the weekends and meeting a bunch of new people at the lab and in the city.
