Hello!

I am Matilde, I'm 20 years old, and I just graduated from upper secondary highschool in Denmark. I've been living in Aarhus for the last two years at first with my sister, later a good friend of mine.
I have no plan for the future for time being, which is why I am planning to take a gab year. I spent ten months in france between elementary school and high school, and i am dreaming to come back. I would love to improve my french skills and also rediscover the amazing France.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new on CouchSurfing. But my sister has done a lot of exchange, and she has only had great experiences. Now i have the time, and also the lust to do it.

Interests

I am passioned about food, traveling and culture.
When i am traveling i am always trying to visit markets and local restaurants, in order to try new things. I am as any other 20-years old also into partying and going out ;-)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love going to concerts, musicals as well as theaters. The best thing I know is to go to festivals and just enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year I lived for one year in France as an exchange student. That was a hard, but great, year. I learned so much that I can use later on. Seeing a culture and a country as it really is, without being a tourist. It is one of the greatest things i could imagine doing.
