ABOUT ME

I'm a curious and open-minded person. I'm studying french, english and japanese and following my dream of becoming a professional translator. I just spent a semester in France, which helped me a lot in fighting a never-ending war against shyness... To me, travelling is above all a linguistic experience, and I believe couchsurfing is the best way to do it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm still living with my parents in a fairly small apartment, so at the moment I'm only interested in surfing... Hopefully, as soon as I get a place of my own, I'll start hosting too :)

兴趣

I love music and I try and go to as many concerts as I can. I recently had the chance to see the Cure live in Rome, which was a dream come true to me. I'm also fond of the DIY philosophy, I love spending time trying new arts and crafts, from origami to modelling to making bracelets I won't even wear, I just love the feeling I get from creating stuff with my own hands :)
I'm not really into sports -I'm actually a bit lazy- but I did practise free climbing for a while in the past and I'm willing to start again someday (at least I like to think I'll be starting again!)

Music-wise, I'm currently in love with Fleet Foxes. My all-time favourite book (classics aside) is Still Life With Woodpecker by Tom Robbins. Right now I'm into french movies, I especially loved La Graine et le Moulet by Abdellatif Kechiche. I also have a passion for about everything Monty Python have ever done.
