ABOUT ME

In the last years I started a organic agriculture project in a small town by the Fleuve St-Laurent in Quebec. Autonomy and getting to self-subsistance are very important to me and guided me a lot in my life. This year we have been going in this way like never before spending a lot energy to make different transformations like brewing alcohol, cheese, etc etc.

PHILOSOPHY

In the last times I feel like Im living to improve myself in an art that I consider really essentiel in life: The art of love. Is love an art? Well we could discuss it with pleasure.

There are many people we have met passing by our house in St-Andre de Kamouraska in the last years, discovering it by couchsurfing.

I never couchsurfed somewhere, but a really big lot of couchsurfers have been passins through our house in the last years as I said already.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have and had many interests in my life. I enjoy for sure cooking and making transformations. I can share what I know in music, especially jazz. Ok Ill try to make a list of thingh I experimented to do: sauerkraut,, beer, wine, vodka, cheese, yogurt, soap, beewax candles, peanut butter, jam, salts, hot sauce, chipotle salsa etc etc I also have interests in Agriculture
